Preschool Homeschooling Curriculum

preschool activities Early learning covers ages 2 until 6. Here are preschool homeschooling curriculum reviews that I have found to be gentle for moms with young tots. "What preschool homeschooling curriculum can I use for my child?" This question pops up all over the place...on emails, e-loops and forums! Most moms of first children are very tempted to rush into the academic side of learning for any of the following reasons:
  • They feel the child is gifted

  • They have friends/family that ask when the child will start "school"

  • They feel the need to have some physical proof of their childís learning

  • They genuinely believe in accelerated learning

  • They feel their child is bored at home

Some may buy workbooks and get little ones as young as 2 or 3 to work in this style. Others may send their children to playschool 3 mornings a week. And still others group together with like minded folk for playschool mornings.

There are many programs around that can teach your children their ABCís and 123ís. There are many that offer you fantastic resources for Bible themes and interest themes. But not many offer a mom the peace of mind that she needs when faced with a barrage of insecurities about whether she can really do this thing of preschool homeschooling.

I have reviewed some of my favorite preschool homeschooling curriculum for you as well as offering you some ideas to do with your preschoolers who are 3 and 4 years old at gentle preschool activities
